At Fossil Rock Farms, single-source beef means exactly what it sounds like: the beef you purchase comes from cattle raised by us, on our farm. Unlike beef that may be sourced from multiple farms, ranches, or suppliers, our cattle remain part of the Fossil Rock Farms program from pasture to plate. We know how they were raised, what they were fed, and the standards followed throughout their lives.
