Our cattle are raised on pasture, where they spend the majority of their lives grazing natural grasses and forages. We believe healthy cattle start with healthy land, plenty of room to roam, and responsible stewardship of the land.
During the final stage of production, our cattle are transitioned to a carefully balanced grain-based ration designed to complement quality forage. This finishing period promotes the marbling, tenderness, and rich beef flavor we expect from premium Angus beef.
Our approach gives you the best of both worlds—cattle raised on pasture combined with a controlled finishing program that produces consistently tender, flavorful, and well-marbled beef.
