Ingredients
- (2 cups) All-purpose flower
- (2) Eggs
- Vegetable Oil For Frying
- (¼ cup oil and drippings from frying ¼ cup flour 2 cups whole milk ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper) Country Gravy
- (4) Cube Steak
- Black Pepper
- Salt
- (1 cup) Milk
- Garlic Powder
Directions
- Season cube steaks.
- Prepare one dish with seasoned flour and another with beaten eggs and milk.
- Coat steaks in flour, egg mixture, then flour again.
- Heat oil in skillet.
- Fry steaks until crisp and beef reaches a safe temperature.
- Remove and drain.
- Use pan drippings, flour, and milk to prepare pepper gravy.
- Serve gravy over steaks.
